I know it must be very hard for any individual to stand be for a body of students and teach them but if you going to do it put your all in it. I wish the school officials would for once check in on these school with out notice. So they can really see why the students are not passing. i am not bashing all teachers but i am saying those who chose that filled to study should be prepared. it not about you or your pay check; its about the kids, the future that you all posses in you hands and right now i and everyone else can see that future going to pieces. cause you don't what to help kids excel at the studies. Give them a challenge and stop giving them the easy way out. cause this worl is not going to give them any thing. when they turn 18 and end up in jail, homelss or even dead all you will have to say then is oh he was so young. Its your faul that so many young people have no G.E.D or high school diploma. Why they are run the street yet all you want to do is lock them up like there dogs. I say there needs to be a change in the education system. Inforce dress code policy make it mandatory. Set a stader for your students not just the school. Stop worring bout the money and worrie bout the kids.

an interesting topic to look into, you may want to check your spelling and grammar. I agree there are teachers who need to do a better job and a medium should be found between students, parents/guardians and teachers which allows them to work together to ensure success. I didn't agree with many of my teachers and professors methods of teaching or attitudes towards students. I always say if you're in school then be there to learn. Don't let teachers, piers and family bring you down or stop you from learning.
